Austin College seeks applicants for a tenure track assistant professor position in Environmental Economics beginning August 2007. Ph.D. required. Candidates should have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and student research. The college has summer support for faculty engaged in student research through its Center for Environmental Studies. In addition to teaching Natural Resource and Environmental Economics, special consideration will be given to applicants who can teach Urban & Regional Economics, Public Finance and/or International Trade and Policy. Some participation expected in college-wide interdisciplinary programs. Austin College is a selective national liberal arts college with an enrollment of 1300 undergraduates.
