ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Energy Economics

The Department of Economics at the University of Calgary seeks to fill one tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor, effective July 1, 2007. Applicants with an interest or expertise in the economics of energy or energy markets and closely related fields are encouraged to apply. Excellence in research and teaching are the primary criteria. Candidates should have or expect to complete a Ph.D. by July 2007. Candidates are expected to teach at the graduate and undergraduate levels with participation in the undergraduate Applied Energy Economics Program.
