Annual Meeting at ASSA
The AERE winter meeting is held jointly with the Allied Social Science Associations (ASSA) meeting in January of each year. The next meeting will be held January 7-9, 2011 in Denver, Colorado.
General information about registration and lodging for the ASSA meetings is made available by the American Economics Association.
The winter meetings feature a number of AERE sessions, including one joint AERE/ASSA session, and the AERE Luncheon and Business Meeting which is the highlight of the annual meeting for our members.
During the annual luncheon, members are given a report of the status of AERE and its operations by the President and Treasurer as well as the editors of JEEM and REEP. The AERE Awards Ceremony also takes place during the annual luncheon.
The deadline to submit papers for the 2011 meeting is April 15, 2010.
