2006 In a ceremony during the 2007 Annual AERE Luncheon at the ASSA meetings in Chicago, the 2006 AERE Publication of Enduring Quality Award was presented jointly to H. Scott Gordon for "The Economic Theory of a Common-Property Resource: The Fishery," Journal of Political Economy 62, 2 (April 1954): 124-142; and to Anthony Scott for "The Fishery: The Objectives of Sole Ownership" Journal of Political Economy 63, 2 (April 1955): 116-124.
