Non-profit and governmental organizations, become AERE Legacy Supporters! ($10,000+)

Non-profit and governmental organizations whose missions are directly aligned with the AERE mission are invited to become Legacy supporters! Legacy support reflects an ongoing commitment to AERE through annual sponsorships in excess of Gold-level support (and typically above the $10,000 level) for at least three consecutive years. Payments may be made over multiple years or all up front, but Legacy status is only awarded upon receipt of all pledged support. Funds are directed based on existing agreements or as negotiated with the AERE President and Treasurer.

Exhibit Fees

Standard Exhibitor- $750.00          Publisher- $500.00          Non-Profit- $250.00

This year’s AERE Exhibit Hall will be a tabletop format. Exhibit Fee includes: One (1) 6’ draped and skirted table and two (2) chairs, tabletop booth sign showing your organization name, exhibitor registration fee waived for one (1) representative (each additional representative $100.00), breakfast, and refreshment breaks, and company listing in the conference program. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY OR THE INTERNET.

Cancellation Policy

A refund less a $50.00 processing fee will be available for exhibit space cancellations if received at AERE Headquarters by Tuesday, May 3, 2022. No refunds will be available for exhibit space cancellations received after Tuesday, May 3, 2022.
