Support AERE’s Summer Conference Travel Scholarships while gaining visibility within the AERE community. Each scholarship provides essential funding for members to attend the Conference—fostering professional growth, collaboration, and engagement.

Organizations whose missions are directly aligned with the AERE mission are invited to become Legacy Supporters! The Legacy Supporter designation reflects an ongoing commitment to AERE through annual sponsorships for three or more years consecutively. Payments may be made over multiple years or all up front, but Legacy Supporter status is awarded only upon receipt of all pledged support. Funds are directed based on existing agreements or as negotiated with the AERE President and Treasurer.

Why should my organization exhibit at the AERE Summer Conference? 


How do I register to become a sponsor or exhibitor? 
Access the online registration form here. You will first need to log in to your AERE account or create an account to fill out the form. If the sponsorship option you were interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved. You will need your company website, description, and logo readily available to complete the form.


How do I pay to exhibit or sponsor?
You can pay via credit card through the online registration form payment portal. To pay via check, select the "invoice me" option in the registration form. Please make check payable to AERE (Association of Environmental and Resource Economists). AERE is a 501(c)3 not-for- profit organization; Tax ID #52-1154102.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancellation requests received in writing at AERE Headquarters ([email protected]) before Wednesday, April 28, 2027. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after Wednesday, April 28, 2027. In the event that the program is cancelled or postponed, we will not be responsible for any travel costs or expenses, including cancellation/change penalties assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels. 

What are the rules and regulations and guidelines for funding support?
